Much of your health and fitness success is a direct result of what you do outside your workouts; sleep and rest cycles, stress management, and your eating habits.

Nutrition deals a lot with your eating patterns; what your body takes in, how much, and the timing of your meals. At Coppell Fitness, I will teach you how to eat so you will achieve maximal success in your health and fitness goals. We will review your current eating habits, and refine the areas that need to be changed.
Here are a few nutritional guidelines to help “fine tune” your current eating habits:

Learn how many calories you can consume in a day
Begin a “Diet Diary” (write down what you eat, when you eat it, and how many calories you consumed). Click here for a sample diary
Read ALL food labels (learn what you’re putting in your body)
Do not eat heavy meals after 6PM (stay away from pastas, breads, starches, etc. Stick with lean meats and raw vegetables if you plan on having a late meal)
Limit intake of Sugar and simple carbs
Drink plenty of water (Eight 8oz. glasses or more per day)
Be consistent with your exercise and cardiovascular workouts
