

Coppell Fitness Boot Camps are a perfect outlet to train with a group of
friends or individuals to help keep each other motivated.
The Boot Camps are climate controlled, so extreme heat, rain, or
cold weather will not affect the conditions of the class.
In my Boot Camps you will perform 10-13 exercise movements which focus
on calorie burning cardiovascular workouts combined with resistance
training and abs/core work. These dynamic routines enhance your agility,
coordination, and stamina. We then finish the class with a 1 to 1.5 mile run (weather permitting). You run at your own pace;
the faster you run, the faster you can go home.

The Boot Camps take place on Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays and begin at 6am
sharp and finish at 6:45am, with the remaining 15 minutes optional for
stretching and a cool down. If there is a particular time and day you
and a group of people would like to form a Boot Camp, please contact me
to see if we can get a class formed (Minimum 6 applicants).
A Boot Camp Phase lasts 4 weeks, with a new phase beginning the
following week thereafter, so there are no lapses in training.
The cost of the Boot Camps are as follows:
3 days/week - $180 cash ($230 check) - 2 make up classes permitted
2 days/week - $120 cash ($170 check) - 1 make up class permitted
